Off-road Adventures at Durhamtown, is the premier off-road destination in Union Point, Georgia, offering over 150 miles of one-way trails designed for all skill levels. Beginners can enjoy smooth, hard-packed routes with gentle turns, while intermediate riders have access to a variety of trails featuring berms and small jumps. For expert riders, the park includes challenging hill climbs and technical sections that test even the most seasoned enthusiasts. Dirt bike riders can explore numerous single-track trails, marked to ensure exclusivity for dirt bikes . Park Rules
All trails are ONE WAY and helmets are required at ALL TIMES
Safety
- Helmets are required for all riders and are to be strapped at ALL times.
- NO alcohol consumption allowed on trails or tracks or during riding hours.
- Children are to be supervised at all times in riding and campground areas.
- 10-15 MPH for ALL off-road vehicles in campgrounds, parking lots, powerline access road, cabins sites, etc
- Riding on roads or riding after closing will result in loss of riding privileges
General Rules
- Riding without the proper armband is considered trespassing
- No use of pressure washers in the campground. Use pressure washing stations
- Only 2 automobiles allowed per RV site or Cabin. Day parking guests must check in
- All visitors, guests and riders must check in at the Lodge and must have proper armband
- Absolutely NO RIDING after trail and track closure times
After Riding Hours
- Quiet time in Cabins and Campground area is 10PM. No loud music, please respect the other campers around you
- You can use your ATV, Bike or SxS to travel AT IDLE SPEED ONLY to other campsites or to the lodge to get firewood etc. until 7pm.
- AFTER 7PM NOBODY IS ALLOWED TO START THEIR ATV, DIRTBIKE OR SxS - NO EXCEPTIONS
- ANYONE RIDING AFTER HOURS OR STARTING THEIR ATV, DIRTBIKE OR SxS AFTER HOURS MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMIEDIATLEY WITHOUT REFUND
